This is Drake Night, a 400 year old Vampaneze who used to be a Noble in the French Court. Always one to get ahead, he has a politicians greed. He has the charm of a snake and an utter hatred of Vampires, he views them as spineless since they 'don't have the guts to finish the job.'
He is currently staying at the Cirque Du Freak, repaying a 'Life Debt' that he owes to Bijou Wilks after she saved him from a group of Hunters..
