he's the child of Barbara Van Allen and Jack Van Allen. he has no siblings.

Jet's reckless, and impulsive. He'll chase after any pretty little thing that catches his eye. He's known for his romantic escapades and pompous attitude. Not to mention he is a bit wild, a raver and party-er.
His high breeding and social status makes him quite the gentleman when he wants to be, and knows how to manipulate others when he has to. Jet is used to getting exactly what he wants, and expects to get it. He is rarely denied such things, but will fight for something if he is denied it.
Jet has no true attachments to anything, other than things he is addicted to. He smokes and drinks constantly, and is rather short tempered without them. But if he has had his fix, he is a rather calm being.
the history!
Jehtro Caesar Van Allen was born on January eleventh nineteen seventy two to two very proud parents, Barbara and Jack. His father was the CEO of Van Allen industries and a business Tycoon, his mother was a Blonde trophy wife and up and coming model. His father sent him to the finest schools as a way of grooming him to take over the family empire. His mother barely gave him the time of day, she blamed the pregnancy that brought him into the world for ruining her modeling career with stretch marks and weight gain.
All in all, his childhood was boring at best. He was fed with a silver spoon and was given anything he asked for. It wasn't until his teens that things picked up. Jethro had been taken to his first party at the start of his freshman year by some seniors, who gave him the name Jet. He tasted his first bit of alcohol and experimented with drugs and girls. No longer the goody two shoes he used his families name and power to get him in the best clubs and into the raves.
He partied his way through prep school and midway into his senior year he met Star. The flower child was the first girl to ever make him work for her, and she became his latest drug of choice. She showed him the world of night, and turned him into a half vampire. They danced under the moon and partied all night, he loved it. A year later she made him into a full vampire. By then he was completely in love with her, but as he could stand on his own as a vamp, she left him. A boy named Blake had caught her eye the same way he had, and she was off to turn someone else.
He swore to himself that love wasn't real, and there was in this world was decent blood and parties. Since then Jet has traveled the globe, one party at a time.
