Bijou:
Even the brightest of stars fall
Bijou sat Indian style on her cot, bent over her sketch book. She was scribbling away and making a drawing of the coffin front of her. She was waiting for Drake to wake up, since the sun had just set she knew it wouldn't be long. Luckily for Oracle there wasn't a show tomorrow, so she could stay up as late as she pleased. Bijou started filling in the darker outlines, nearly done with her surprise for her Vampaneze protector. With the coffin done she worked on getting Drakes eyes just right in the picture.
So we must shine while we can

Drake:
We all bleed red, we all feel pain

Drake pushed open his coffin with ease and sat up. He yawned and turned his head to see Bijou drawing, as usual. He climbed out of the death trap and went behind a curtain that was used as a changing area. He changed out of his old shirt and into a new one, brushing his hair and putting his contacts in, transforming his red eyes into chocolate brown. Drake went and sat down next to the Oracle, watching her draw. "Its lovely."
We all fall down, lose our way

Marina was happy that tonight was a dry night, that meant she could walk around and see everything. She wasn't stuck alone, stranded, inside her tank. That place was nothing but silence, the glass walls and water drowning out even the frogs and chatter going on outside of her tent. She didn't like feeling completely alone like that, which was why she enjoyed nights with clear skies.
She walked past the campfire, her wavy blonde and aquamarine hair bouncing as she did so. She looked at the fellow Cirque members, her glances going basically unnoticed, there wasn't really anything unusual about her when she looked like this, except for her hair, and the gills. But other than that she was normal.
As she walked, she thought she heard someone say something about rain. Her heart dropped, rain seemed to ruin her plans every night. At this rate she won't get to know anybody. Her tent was on the far corner, closest to a body of water. Everyone thought that's what she would want, but she was born in salt water, not these freshwater lakes or ponds or rivers. Sure she could survive there, but not comfortably.
She ducked into the nearest tent, examining herself to make sure there wasn't any water on her. Marina looked up into the faces of two seemingly surprised people. She scratched her arm and looked around. "Uh...hi?" She peeped.
