Vancha walked deep within the cavernous caves trying to find his own new way out, there was nothing else for him to do! Of course he was meant to stay away from the mountain unless he was needed, but he was needed. But then he wasn't and thus his time was wasted and he found he might as well make some fun out of this wile he still could. His feet touched the cold stone as he walked idly, looking. He'd find his own way out without the front gate, he was curious as well. The caverns had many mysteries yet to be explored!
The green haired prince walked he felt he was walking in a spiral, he glanced around, the caverns were quite large and filled with empty air. No one had been down here for along time, he took a sniff. sniff sniff. There was nothing of interest, maybe this wasnt such a good idea... He adjusted his purple animal skins, he'd make some more when he got out of here and hunted. Sometimes he wished he could hunt wolves for their fur but then he knew better than to kill his ancestors for fur, he wasn't that bad!
He heard the faint sounds of footsteps, some one else was within these caverns, he concluded. Now with much silenter footing, he walked continuing on his path knowing he'd probably intersect whatever was down here. He took a throwing star off his vest carefully, he was ready. He sniffed the air to identify who it could be.
The air was damp and cool. She liked that. This last month had been pretty insain. Insainly BORING! She'd spent most of the time wandering the mountain fromt eh inside, mentally mapping every place she'd been.
Today, she found herself wandering deeper then she'd ever been before. Which was ok. She liked being alone. Once she got deep enough, she let her face slide into her demonic one. Her powers where hightened emensly when she held her demonic form. She could even withstand sunlight for sometime, not that that was the point now. Because of her new face, the darkness looked like it was littered with lanterns for light and the tinyest of footsteps echoed through her ears.
She padded forward.
The going was slow. She was in no hurry and wanted to get every detail. She ran her clawed fingers along the wals to feel every crack and crevice. She, unlike the other vampires who lived ehre, was compleatly immortal. She'd might as well get to know the mountain on an intemate level.
After what felt like hours, she heard the faintest of noise. She could tell by the ammount of echoing the noise was still somewhat far off. She shrugged, seemingly uninterested. Whoever it was was most likely ment to be there. She had no fear and left her wepeons unsheathed.
Vancha listened he kept his throwing star in hand as he walked, he ventured further. He saw spiders on the walls crawling, Seba's pets no doubt! They weren't bad, not as bad as frogs at times! At least the spiders' bites would only last a few days, those frogs of The Lady Of the Wild's... they were truly a nightmare and a blessing.
I should go see her again... Vancha thought to himself. He would pay a visit to the non-witch witch later on when he found a good exit to leave the place. Waiting.... waiting and more waiting. HIs steps tap, tap tap as he moved forward down the tunnel. He collected a globular thick ounce of mucus in his mouth, and spat it upon the sideways wall of the tunnels.
Red hair and seemingly sweet face he could sniff her out easily. Vampire, he hadn't seen her before though. He kept a good safe distance from the stranger.
The girl continued to walk slowly and leisurely down the caverns walls. At one point, she stopped and sat cross-legged on the ground so she could study the large spiders that crawled around. She loved spiders. After letting one crawl around on her for a few minutes, she put him back on the wall and continued down her path.
She could both hear and feel him behind her but keeping his distance. The pundit smell told her he was male, although with the increasingly small amount of female vampires, logic could have told her that as well.
Vancha stopped he glanced around then yelled out, "hello!" his voice was carried by the chanels and long narrow caverns. He waited a second, and than a second more. What was being waited on? Well.. there was a lot to be waited on, he wasn't sure who it was. He didn't know every vampire in this mountain, good chance he didn't which sometimes, was a bit embarrassing but than sometimes, they grew and sometimes they'd not grow in population.
Either way it was his job to remain alive, not to get all buddy buddy with everyone. This green haired 'aof' demanded respect though. Being a prince and an extreme one at that, besides the point, he just liked respect. He could beat anyone in a fight hand to hand, thus it was fun. But than no one enjoys getting disrespected. He adjusted his purple vest-like outfit bit and then continued to look keeping one of his throwing stars in hand.
She heard his voice echoing through the halls of stone. She could tell by the reverberation and noise level the distance the echo had traveled and it was pretty consistent with the sound of his foot steps. He really wasn't that far behind her. A few turns away, but still close. She decided to stop her trek forward and begin turning back to meet him. Still unconcerned for her safety, she left her dagger sheathed.
"Hello!" She waited a few seconds before replying. "Hello." her voice was soft and kind, not one to stir fear in the other.
Vancha stopped, yup, it had to be a woman. "And who are you?" he saw her now, she was in his sites. He watched her for a few moments, she didn't seem like a threat, and being a vampire she probably wasn't but it was always good to check. Ah, he's probably spent too long in the wilderness, but there was no such a thing! He knew full well there might be vampires that aren't as fine as they should be, and some that were totally trustworthy, that is only if he knew them though would he lower his defenses.
Vancha had stepped up to her, just a tiny bit closer. "And who are you?" With a quick morph, she let her face go back to it's normal human form before stepping out of the shadow.
My lord? there was something to hear, Vancha hadn't heard that phrase in... well, ever it was not a phrase said amongst the vampires as far as he was concerned.Unless they changed the game and rules somehow but Vancha highly doubted that, "It's just your majesty, or prince but I'm not a lord." he chuckled slightly and paused and let himself give a good glob of spit out onto the side fo the tunnel. He didn't care for manners really, he was a prince and she'd get as much respect as she was due until she proved herself.
"So, Robin was your name." he nodded slightly, the woman had to have some sort of respect it seemed, she gave up a lot to go on a treck as a vampire, but then everyone did. Everyone had to be proclaimed as dead and then off to training to be a general, then if they wanted to, take the trials or they could go off and wander, he liked the wandering bit of his job but not much else. "Right, pleasure to meetcha Robin, you have a last name?" he asked cheerfully now.
OOC
Robin, vampires in Cirque Du freak are not like Buffy in any way, they do not burn instantly at the sun nor do they have a vampire visage like buffy vamps do, they do not change their face in any way shape or form.
**Yea I know. CDF is my favorite book. As per the character, however, she does because she has half buff-vampire blood.**
"It's just your majesty, or prince but I'm not a lord." She dipped her head lightly. "I apologize, my Prince. It has been a long while since I've spoken with anyone from this world." He seemed somewhat agitated and she couldn't help but wonder why, not that it really effected her at all.
"So, Robin was your name." Robbin nodded and watched as the man circled her; she couldn't hep but feel like she was a shark's next meal. "Right, pleasure to meetcha Robin, you have a last name?""Longley. Robbin Longley, good Prince."
OOC Oh you wanted to know english was my first or not? I speak english and nothing but
The way she made it sound he sounded like he was to be with armor from a child's fairytale book, but he decided to ignore that oddness. He's seen weirder then her, Mr. Tiny-not that he trusted the man. There were his insipid little people, or whatever he was calling those tiny slaves, he trusted them as far as he trusted Tiny; After all, who else would have motive to make vampires so sensitive to the sun? But enough about Tiny considering the man wasn't even there.
"Nice to meet you Robin Longley." he nodded slightly with a smile he then paused something she had said caught his interest. This world, as suppose to others? "Where do you come from?" he asked watching the redheaded girl. Explained a lot but then only led to more questions.
