NAME:[/color] Gaia Axelsdottir is not her real name. And she'll never tell you what it really is. She's not even from anywhere remotely scandinavian, she just liked the way the name sounded on her toungue.

HAIR:[/color] Her preferred human form (using a glmaour) has dark brown, wavy hair that reaches the middle of her back.

Her true form has ankle length, straight silver hair.

EYES:[/color] Dark brown though she changes this often on whims.

BUILD:[/color] In both forms she is slender, though her fae form is quite muscular.

DISTINGUISHED BY:[/color] Intricate swirling patterns tattoing around her body from her shoulder blades and just abover her breasts, down to the edge of the pelvis. These are actually birthmarks in her fae form and in her human form keeps them because she is very proud of them.

FULL DESCRIPTION:[/color] In her preferred human form, Gaia is of average height with long dark hair and dark eyes. She walks proudly, with her head held high, very proud of the human body she created for herself.

In her fae form, Gaia is small but very strong. Her silver hair moves with a mind of it's own and in that form is usually the only thing she has to cover herself. Her fingernails and teeth are long, sharp and dangerous, her eyes are large, almond shaped and are set in her face in a sharp downwards angle. Her skin is a dark gray that spreads to powerful wings and she is considered very beautiful among her kind.

PERSONALITY:[/color] True to Fae nature, Gaia is sneaky and tricksy. She is also very gleeful, and not prone to dark moods. That is not to say she doesn't anger, but she doesn't like to get angry too much as it usually ends in death before she gets a proper chance to play.

A sexual being, Gaia would pick sex over murder any day (regardless of the fact that one night with a human leaves them pining for her until they starve to death or get themselves killed looking for her) and prefers not to involve herself in fights and wars unnecessarily. Though that is not to say she is not capable of killing, she certainly can but would prefer to have a VERY good reason for doing so.

• To find out as much as possible about todays human world (it fascinates her)

FEARS:[/color] There is very little Gaia will admit to fearing. Though she does fear someone learning her true name. Names have power, and she is terrified of someone else having control over her. She is also slightly frightened of the Unseelie Queen after a small incident caused the queen to kick Gaia out of the court.

ABILITIES:[/color] Being a faery, Gaia is able to use a glamour both to change her appearance and to nudge the minds of mortals in the right direction, whether it be to foget they ever saw her, or to never forget her, or to follow her. She is also able to commune with nature, she cannot control it like someone with terrakinesis could, but she can convince a plant or an animal to help her out when necessary.

As with all Fae, Gaia is physically incapable of telling a lie, however she is VERY good at bending the truth and twisting her answers so that while she is not lying, it is hardly the truth.

Her touch is irrisistable to mortals, and one would do well to remember not to take food she offers you.

COMMON KNOWLEDGE:[/color]
Most everyone is aware that she is a faery, that she is a nymphomaniac and that her general tone of sarcasm doesn't mean that she dislikes whoever she is talking to. It is just the way her voice sounds.

SECRETS:[/color]No one knows that she is not just a lone faery, that she was once a very high ranking member of the Unseelie Court... namely the Queen's future daughter-in-law...

HABITS:[/color] Gaia likes to constantly change her eye colour when she is bored, and when she is thoughtful tends to levitate into the air... she can never levitate consciously though which bothers her somewhat.

STRENGTHS:[/color]Glamour, gile and bending the truth. She is also very good at pretending she doesn't care when in fact she cares a great deal

WEAKNESSES:[/color]Self-Control is slightly beyond her (one of the things that lead to her expulsion from the court), she is also easily swayed by former fellow Unseelie faeries when she is homesick.

RELATIONSHIPS:[/color] Was once betrothed to the Unseelie Prince, though that was some decades ago now.

HISTORY:[/color] Only a couple of centuries old, Gaia is quite young for a faery, and one would think that due to her youth, she would have been let off for her grave mistake. Especially since Gaia hadn't actually thought it had been that bad. All she'd done was sleep with one of the Queen's mortal consorts. It wasn't her fault he decided he liked her better. Even the prince hadn't cared, he often slept with other mortals anyway. They had been well suited to each other in that way.

But the Queen was outraged and had Gaia banished from the Court for eternity. Which is quite a long time really.

That was 50 years ago now, and for some time Gaia wandered around the earth alone and homesick. After a while she ran into the Cirque du Freak and convinced them to take her in. She was still wandering, but at least she was wandering in a group and didn't feel quite so lonely anymore.

Not that she would tell any of them that.
